Foundry Conveyor Belts & Plant Rubber Parts

Belts, Rubber Parts and Consumables for Foundries & Casting Plants

Build your foundry conveyor belt and spare-parts order around one plant-wide list. Hongkun manufactures conveyor belts, shot blasting belts, bucket elevator belts, rubber liners and curtains. We can also source selected metal wear parts, blast media and dust collector filters on request.

Send one list for a combined quote and shipment plan. Factory-made products and sourced items are clearly identified, with add-on items quoted separately. Consolidated shipping is subject to item availability and your required delivery date.

Steps 1 & 5

Sand and Casting Conveying

For new sand, return sand and casting transfer lines, send the material details and conveyor layout. Include casting weight and loading conditions where parts contact the belt. These details help us review the belt construction and cover requirements.

Steps 4 & 5

Shakeout and Hot Casting Conveying

For shakeout discharge or hot casting transfer, ask us to review a heat-resistant conveyor belt. Send normal and peak material temperatures, contact time and photos of the loading area. Suitability must be confirmed for the actual conditions before ordering.

Step 2

Sand Lifting

For inclined sand conveying, review sidewall conveyor belts. For an existing bucket elevator, see our bucket elevator belts. Share the lifting height, material temperature and existing belt or equipment details.

Step 6

Casting Shot Blasting

Replacing the belt in a foundry shot blasting machine? Send the machine model, belt dimensions and old belt photos. See our rubber belts for shot blasting machines for product details and replacement inquiries.

Step 7

Shot Blasting Equipment Maintenance

Add chamber liners, rubber curtains, metal wear parts and filters to the same inquiry. Send part numbers, drawings or clear photos for each item. We will distinguish Hongkun-made rubber parts from items sourced on request.

For preliminary help comparing belt types, use the Hongkun Conveyor Belt Selector. Final selection requires review of your equipment and operating conditions.

Rubber Parts and Maintenance Add-ons

Add rubber parts and maintenance items to the same plant-wide inquiry. For factory-made rubber components, see our shot blasting machine spare parts. Your combined quote identifies Hongkun-made products and items sourced on request.

Factory-Made Rubber Components

  • Shot blasting belts for confirmed machine and belt specifications.
  • Rubber liners for blast chamber wear protection.
  • Rubber curtains made to confirmed dimensions and fixing details.

For liners and curtains, include a drawing or old-part photos, thickness, dimensions and fixing-hole positions.

Metal Parts and Filters Sourced on Request

Add the maintenance items you need to your list:

  • Blast wheel blades, impellers and control cages.
  • Metal liner plates.
  • Dust collector filter bags and filter cartridges.

Include the equipment model and part number where available. Drawings, dimensions and photos help clarify the request. Compatibility, availability and warranty terms must be confirmed in the quotation.

Ship Your Consumables With Your Belts

Ask us to include steel shot, steel grit or replacement filters with your main belt order. These add-on items are sourced on request and quoted separately. The aim is to simplify purchasing and arrange shared freight where practical.

Send your required SAE size designation, such as S230 or S330 for steel shot, or G40 for steel grit. Include your current purchasing specification and monthly usage. We will confirm the available specification and supporting supplier documents before order acceptance.

For filter bags or cartridges, provide the dust collector model or old-filter dimensions. Include the existing filter material and fixing arrangement if known.

The shipment plan depends on production schedules, sourced-item availability, packing and destination. If an urgent item cannot wait, ask for a separate shipment option.

Frequently Asked Questions

What warranty applies to sourced spare parts?

Warranty terms depend on the item and its supplier. Ask us to state the coverage, exclusions and claim procedure in the quotation before ordering. Sourced items should not be assumed to carry the same terms as Hongkun-made rubber products.

Can I buy spare parts without ordering a belt?

Send your parts-only list for review. Availability, minimum order requirements and freight will be confirmed in the quotation. You do not need to add a belt to submit an inquiry.

What is the lead time?

Lead time depends on the confirmed specifications, order quantity and availability of sourced items. Include your required arrival date and destination. The quotation will state the proposed production or sourcing schedule and shipping arrangement.

Can you ship belts and consumables together?

We can review a consolidated shipment for the items on your order. Dispatch timing depends on when all items are ready and how they can be packed. Ask us to compare combined and separate shipping if some parts are urgent.

What information do you need for a foundry conveyor belt quote?

Send belt width, length, material details, normal and peak material temperatures, quantity and destination. Add the existing belt specification, photos and conveyor details where available. For hot casting transfer, include contact conditions so suitability can be reviewed.
