Replacement Shot Blasting Belts for Q32 Series Machines
Hongkun manufactures perforated rubber belts and tracks for selected Q32-series tumble blast machines. Reference models include Q324, Q326, Q3210, Q3212 and Q3220.
Machine model is the starting point, not the final production specification. Width, perimeter, thickness, holes, cleats, guide structure and running direction must be confirmed before production.
Q32 Series Shot Blasting Belt Reference Sizes
Use these values for preliminary model matching. Final dimensions may differ because of machine configuration, production year or equipment modification. Belt thickness can be customized after the machine structure and operating conditions are reviewed.
Thickness is not a “more is better” specification. An excessively thick track may reduce flexibility and affect how the belt bends around the machine pulleys. Final thickness should be reviewed together with pulley diameter, carcass construction, working tension, batch load and operating conditions.

The machine model supports an initial match. Production should begin only after the complete belt structure is confirmed.
Width and perimeter
Measure the belt width and endless perimeter using the approved method.
Thickness
Record the complete track thickness. Excessive thickness may reduce flexibility and affect bending around the pulleys.
Hole pattern
Confirm hole diameter, pitch, row layout and edge distance.
Cleats
Confirm cleat height, spacing, direction and bonded structure.
Back-side guide
Photograph and measure the center guide or other back-side profile.
Application
Provide the workpiece, batch load, damage pattern and operating frequency.
