Sinto SNB Belt Dimensions and Thickness References
This table shows selected references only. Other Sinto tumble blasting belt models can be customized after the actual belt structure and dimensions are confirmed.
Use these values for a preliminary comparison with the removed belt. Final dimensions may vary by country, model naming, machine configuration, production history or later equipment changes.
Thickness can be customized after technical review. A thicker belt is not automatically a better choice. Excess thickness may reduce flexibility and affect bending around the machine rollers.

What Must Be Confirmed Before Production?
A model match is not enough for production, especially when names vary between countries. Send measurements and clear photos of the removed belt and machine.
Machine identity
Send the machine model, nameplate photo, production year if known, and any modification history.
Width and perimeter
Measure the actual belt width and endless perimeter. State how each measurement was taken.
Thickness
Measure the old belt and review roller bending. Do not increase thickness without checking flexibility.
Surface structure
Confirm whether the belt is non-perforated or has holes. If present, record diameter, pitch, rows and edge distance.
Cleats and guides
Photograph and measure every cleat and back-side guide. Include spacing, height, shape and orientation.
Running direction
Mark the running direction and machine side on the old belt, photos or approved drawing.
